David Casidy was given a Breathalyzer test and registered a 0.139 and 0.141, well over the state’s legal limit, and was released on 350 dollar bail early Thursday morning.
Cassidy admitted he’d taken a painkiller earlier in the day but denied that he was drunk; he plans to fight the charges.
